Oh Honey! I absolutely hate it when this, happens:
I know you might be tempted to, but don’t throw it out! There is still hope yet!
The solution is really simple, all you need is a tall pan and some boiling water.
Take the top off your honey and place it in your pan of boiling water. Turn the heat down to low.
You will start to see the honey go back to its beautiful amber colour. Using a skewer or spoon, give the honey a stir.
It may take a couple of minutes but, eventually the entire bottle will turn clear again.
Ta da! Perfect for use in all your favourite dishes, I particularly love it drizzled over parsnips. Yum!
